Owner and Chairman of the Management Board

Versapak UK was founded in 1973 by Ian Denny Anderson in a small office above a restaurant in Chislehurst, Kent. A father of two, owner of a business and a ski school, and a member of a rock band, he launched Versapak and its namesake product, Versapak: a simple but effective reusable security bag for shipping. The Versapak range quickly became recognised for its durability, security and cost efficiency and quickly gained widespread acceptance by postal authorities and courier services around the world.

The Versapak business flourished in the UK and after a few years began to expand into many countries around the world. Versapak International's UK headquarters are based in Erith, Kent, where our very active sales and marketing office and warehouse are located. Versapak Europe was founded in 2002 and has a sales office and warehouse in Haan, Germany. The Versapak Group has production facilities in Romania, where it has been active since 2001.
