ICECATCH deep-freeze pack

• The ICECATCH ice pack must be frozen at -18 °C for at least 24 hours before use.
• Reusable - long service life
• Designed for customers who require an extended cold chain
• Qualified packaging solution for transport at +2°C to +8°C
• The insulating layer prevents the frozen cooling element from coming into contact with the product in the bag. DO NOT place the printed side against the contents. The insulated layer is on the unprinted side, which can be placed against the contents.
• Provides the desired cooling temperature of approx. +/- 0°C in the product area, ensuring that the temperature in the bag remains above the critical value of +2°C.
• Non-toxic - not harmful to the environment
• Melting range +/- 0°C
• Phase transition 0°C
• Heat capacity: liquid 4.2 kJ/kg K, solid 2.08 kJ/kg
• Latent heat: 330 kJ/kg
• Spread of heat absorption around the 0°C range
• Easy to use, no additional insulation material required
• FDA- and EU-compliant film, non-toxic ingredients
• Robust PA/PE composite film is approved for use with food and pharmaceuticals
• Material: Polypropylene, at least 50% from natural raw materials
