HQ & LQ material

The standard material for our bags is HQ/LQ material. An extremely
Tear-resistant and coated nylon fabric. It is water-repellent.
and provides optimum protection for the contents against damage. The LQ material has a thickness of 320 g/m², whereas the HQ material is heavier with a thickness of 550 g/m² and is therefore suitable for use in high-stress transport applications.

This material is available in many different colors (see color palette). In addition to the standard material, other materials can also be selected according to preference and requirements.

Protect your bag from external influences. The heat-resistant, fire-retardant material serves this purpose. A special PVC-coated polyester is used for this. Unlike conventional materials, the fabric extinguishes itself within 3-4 seconds after the source of the fire has been removed.

RFID technology

By using RFID chips, you can track the location of your Versapak bag with pinpoint accuracy. We are also happy to incorporate your own RFID chips into our bags. Please contact us for more information!

Cut-resistant material

Particularly sensitive contents can also be protected against mechanical tampering with cut-resistant material on request, making it more difficult to break into the bag.

Our postal envelopes guarantee secure shipping for your confidential mail. Thanks to the durable material, the envelope can be used multiple times as a resealable document pouch. It is equipped with a postage field and an address window with a reversible card, especially for postal shipping. The zipper and seal protect the contents from tampering. Reinforcement and padding

To better protect the contents of your Versapak bag, we offer various protective options. Special foam padding allows even fragile items to be transported safely. A sewn-in or removable plastic inner reinforcement gives your custom transport bag greater stability and protection.
