ICECATCH freezer battery

• The "ICECATCH" freezer pack must be frozen for at least 24 hours at -18 °C before use
• Reusable - long service life
• Developed for customers who require an extended cold chain
• Qualified packaging solution for transportation at +2°C to +8°C
• Due to the insulating layer, the frozen cooling element does not touch the product in the bag. Do NOT place the printed side against the contents. The insulated layer is on the unprinted side, which can be placed against the contents
• Emits the desired cooling temperature of approx. +/- 0°C into the product area and thus ensures that the temperature in the bag remains above the critical value of +2°C
• Non-toxic - not harmful to the environment
• Melting range +/- 0°C
• Phase transition 0°C
• Heat capacity: liquid 4.2 kJ/kg K, solid 2.08 kJ/kg
• Latent heat: 330 kJ/kg
• Spread of heat absorption around the 0°C range
• Easy handling, no additional insulating material required
• FDA and EU-compliant film, non-toxic ingredients
• Robust PA/PE composite film is approved for use with food and pharmaceuticals
• Material: polypropylene, made from at least 50% natural raw materials
