How often can I use my bag?
All bags manufactured by Versapak can be used over 2,000 times and come with a 5-year guarantee.
How should I clean my Versapak bags and totes?
The material used to make all Versapak bags and tote bags is suitable for cleaning with any commercially available cleaning agent and is also suitable for cleaning with antiseptic cleaning fluids and wipes. The use of solvents for cleaning is not recommended as this may remove any prints on the bag. However, in most cases, using a solvent-based cleaner will not damage the bag material. However, it is advisable to test the solvent on a small area of the bag.

Can I design my own bag or add my company's name to an existing bag?
We can make any bag - whether we customize one of our existing bags or design something completely new. Please see our custom bags section for more information.
Can I add my company's logo to one of your bags?
We can print all of our bags with the logo of your choice. Please see our custom bags section for more information.
Do you charge a fee for overprinting?
Yes, we charge a setup fee. Additional costs apply for printed colors, the first color is free and there is a charge for each additional color. Please contact us for further information.
Security seal
Which security seal should I use?
Versapak recommends the T2 security seal. We have 3 other types of locking mechanisms and seals available - the Versapak T-Seal, the Versapak Round Seal and the Versapak Arrow Seal. Click here to find out more.
Can I customize security seals?
Our inventory security seals are either neutral or numbered, but we can add barcodes, QR codes and personalization.
Can I recycle my security seals?
Yes, you can! Versapak security seals can be recycled in the same way as any other recyclable waste. We also operate a seal take-back program where we take back used Versapak security seals and process them into new ones. Contact us to find out more.
Are your security seals made from recycled plastic?
Versapak T2, T, Button, Arrow and VersaLite+ seals are made from recycled plastic. Click here for more information about our security seals.

How do I create an account?
Visit the account login screen and click "Register Here" to create a new account. Or simply place an order and we will automatically create an account during the process.
Do I have to log in to place an order?
No, you can place an order as a guest. After you place the order, the website gives you the opportunity to set a password and create an account.
What happens if I forget my password?
Click the “My Account” button at the top of the page. You will then see a “Forgot Password” link or click “Forgot Password”. Enter the email address you used to set up the account and you will receive a password reset link via email.
How do I change my address details?
Click here to log in to your account or click the “My Account” icon at the top of the page. Once you are logged in, click “Edit Addresses” to change your details.

What is your minimum order quantity?
A different minimum order quantity applies to each product. For clarification, please refer to the respective product page.
Can I return an item if I am dissatisfied with it?
We accept returns of unused standard items. Printed or customized bag designs cannot be returned unless faulty. For more information, please visit our Terms and Conditions page.
What happens to my order if my internet connection is suddenly interrupted?
In this case, if you were logged in at the time, your items will still be in your shopping cart when you visit the website again. If you have any problems with an order, please contact us.
What payment options do you have?
We accept payments via Paypal, Visa, Mastercard and Amex. For these mobile users, we also accept Google Pay and Apple Pay.
Can I order items from you and pay later?

How do I receive an invoice for my order?
As soon as you have placed an order with VAT, you will automatically receive an invoice.

Is the online payment system secure?
All transactions go through Shopify or PayPal, companies trusted by millions of organizations worldwide for online shopping. Versapak does not store any of your card information. Your payment will be processed through Shopify Payments or Paypal's online system, which is encrypted and secure.
Delivery
When will my order be delivered?
If you ordered a stock item, your order will be with you in 1-3 days. For items that are not in stock or are custom-made, the delivery time is approximately 4-6 weeks. This can vary depending on workload. Further information can be found on the respective product page or contact us. We can then give you a more precise time frame.
